Every time I come to the store my dogs and I are treated very well. Store manager Jese is a especially kind human being. He is super helpful and attentive with everyone. Asiah is extremely helpful with food recommendations and everything else

I just LOVE this pet store! Everybody's so friendly! as soon as you step in the store you are welcome! Even the manager comes to offer you assistance. They'rere so attentive and they have good prices and excellent products! plus lot of choices for your fur babies!😻🐶🐦🐠❤ they also have lot of fun pet contests with prizes! I've been in two of them with my rescued kitty cat ROSIE ( 2 years)

Great staff. Blond Cashier with glasses recommended a plant based diet for my Chihuahua who has liver disease diagnosed with high enzymes. I bought From dog food mixed with Fromm dry food and my dogs love it. Should have got these healthier products instead of fresh pet or pedigree that is terrible for dogs.

We always go here to buy our Stella & Chewie products . Great quality food for our pups and we had the best experience from Kim. She made some great recommendations and convinced us to buy a few new products that we didn’t know were available . She was very professional and even noticed the brand of dog food that we use and asked if we were aware they made treats . What a wonderful experience . Definitely coming back!

My experiences at this Pet Supermarket have only gotten better and it’s all thanks to the staff here who always point me in the right direction when it comes to the best treats, toys, and food for my two Yorkies (including a new puppy), and my two unexpectedly adopted bunnies. I really appreciate how much the staff cares here. They’re a team that always works together to get me what I need. Thank you.

Great experience at our local pet supermarket. Went by to get cat and parakeet food with the kids and they wanted to touch all the animals. Karla was so patient and answered all of our questions. Superb customer service. Thank you, Karla.

I had a wonderful experience at the Pet Supermarket when visiting with my mom. We were shopping for supplies for my cats and for her birds, and everything we needed was easy to find with a great selection of products. What truly made our visit exceptional was the service we received from Asia, the cashier. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain different products to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Her welcoming attitude and genuine kindness made us feel valued as customers. Asia’s professionalism and friendliness are a perfect example of how customer service should be. She made our visit a pleasure, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
